A 1.5-hour online experience to activate your vital energy and reconnect with your inner power from the comfort of your own space. This virtual session is designed to guide you through a process of release, expansion, and deep surrender — allowing energy to flow freely and support your personal transformation.

No previous experience is required — just bring your openness, curiosity, and willingness to surrender to the process.

Each session lasts 1.5 hours, including a brief introduction, the energy activation, and space for closing and integration.

What you’ll need for the session:

  • A comfortable place where you can lie down undisturbed

  • Privacy and no interruptions during the session

  • A yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on)

  • A laptop with camera and speakers (sound quality is essential)

  • Stable internet connection

  • An open heart, no expectations, and the willingness to simply let go

FAQs

  • To make the most of the experience please follow this instructions:

    Avoid eating anything at least 2 hours before the event.

    Avoid alcohol and caffeine 2 hours before and after the session.

    Do not take drugs 48 hours before.

    • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

    • Ensure your connection wifi is working and strong

    • Is preferible to download the app Zoom and create an account before the session

    • You'll need a laptop, webcam, speakers or headphones, and a mat.

    • you will listen to music on Zoom, check the sound on your wireless headphones or speaker before.

    • Position your camera so I can see your entire body, either side view or head-to-toe.

    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Take off your watch

    • Avoid eating, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 2 hours before and after the session.

    • Refrain from taking any drugs or medication 48 hours before.

    • Arrive on time and wait until the door is open to get in in silence, one by one and choose your spot in the shala.

  • The session is 1 hour duration, but the whole experince takes between 1,5 hours and 2 hours

  • Please contact the facilitator before the session if you have any medical condition. Specially if you suffer from any mental, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, musculoskeletal, or other conditions that may pose a risk.
    Please do not attend if you are pregnant.

  • The days following your Kundalini Awakening session are just as important as the session itself. Your system is adjusting to the energy shift, and it’s essential to give yourself the time and space to integrate this experience fully. Here are some suggestions to help you during this important phase:

    1. Take Time for Yourself Your body and mind may need extra rest, so if possible, create a quiet, peaceful environment where you can relax and reflect. Allow yourself to slow down and be present with what’s happening within.

    2. Tune Into Your Body Your heightened sensitivity is a sign of the powerful transformation you've undergone. Listen closely to what your body needs—whether it’s more sleep, nourishing food, or time in nature.

    3. Be Gentle With Yourself Emotional shifts and physical sensations may arise as you integrate the experience. This is all part of the process. Approach these changes with compassion, allowing yourself to feel whatever comes up without judgment.

    4. Stay Hydrated and Cleanse Water is a powerful ally in your integration process. Drink plenty of water, take long showers, or soak in a bath to help cleanse and balance your energy. Visualize the water washing away any remaining tension or blockages.

    5. Stay Open to the Process The effects of your Kundalini Awakening will continue to unfold over time. Trust that everything is happening in its own time and that you're supported by this energy. Pay attention to synchronicities and insights that may appear in the days and weeks to come.

    6. Connect with Others Sharing your experience with like-minded individuals can be incredibly grounding and validating. If possible, find a community of people who understand these activations, where you can share your journey and feel supported.
